  • Folks can also place a "common law lien" against their OWN home that must be paid before it can ever be sold, at he minimum one can get at least what they put into the home to increase its value and $250 (minimum) a month for the time they have spent in the home before it was foreclosed upon... (just in case foreclosure might come upon you) its best to do this before the time comes, you can get the documents to do so online, at least you wont leave empty handed

  • I saw it somewhere on the "Freeman on the land" vids, comb through some of Robert menard videos, I did a google on "common law liens" and there came up a forum of legal forums, I do believe you can, he's from Canada but it turns out freemen are posting of these things in Canada and other countries as well on various topics that concern citizens, I dont have the exact one but just youtube or google Robert Menard and add in "Common law lien" in the google search maybe you will find it
