nice flight. Very scale like. The EC=135 sit nose high on the ground, but the main rotor seem parallel to the skids which is easier to land and lift off.

What electric mechanics are you using? Which kit is this Vario #1320 or the #1330?

I'm actually using the "Extreme" mechanics (for glow engine) that was easy to modify to take an electric motor.
By the way, the heli is for sale, good base for a more detailed scale outfit.
what happened when taking off your tail hit the ground...

Well, the attitude of the rotor is quite forward tilted when on the ground.
I gave a soft collective only to take off which caused the rotor to take horizontal
attitude and therby the tail to drop. I guess I have to give some forward cyclic together with collective to make a nice take off. :)
