this is so terrifying, especially when you stand up, because it tilts you forward so you are looking down.

when i went on it, i ran out of scream. haha.

it is SOSOSO high aswell.

To all the people that are scared of going on this:

This ride is amazing. Personally i think it looks very scary from the outside and it isn't.

The first time is the worst but it isnt even bad.

One of The worst parts is dealing with the adrenaline rush afterwards, But, The WORST part is knowing whats going to happen, your going to fall 180ft with no lines above you.

This is all in the fun, dont be afraid to attempt it as the worst that can happen is you dont like it.

It's 180 feet (about 55 meters), and was the highest in Europe when it was built. It doesn't just drop, they give it a little push from the top.

Actually, Apocolypse at Drayton Manor is just your regular freefall ride. It doesn't use any compressed air or cables to pull you down faster than gravity. The catch car lets go of the car and it falls down the tower, stopping at the bottom with magnetic brakes. Personally, I enjoy normall freefall rides instead of those that blast you down.

Had the camera hidden in my hand (with the neck strap wrapped around my arm). Once we were on the way up they wasn't much they could do to stop us.
