Get a Skoda which is basically the same car and use it for your everyday driving. Then with the money you save you could buy something more interesting, perhaps even something with with an ashtray or a sunroof that actually opens or doesn't have ridiculously over-servoed brakes, all unlike the Scirrocco. Better still just go out and get a real car instead of a front-wheel drive pox box.

I was hoping for VW to come out with a sporty looking car. Their designs have gone boring and spartan including this Scirocco.  I waited for this? The back looks like a bloated Golf!! And it looks like a Gremlin from the side. This is so disappointing....i'll wait for the new sportier Honda CR-Z and Toyota MR2 which are going to be (hear this VW)...hybrids!

I would get a GTI MK6 for that price... scirocco looks "cool"but has very poor visibility in the back, too much blind spots, driving position is too low and back seats are small and have basically no windows, you get same performance from the golf GTI and it's way more practical for everyday use or if you want to carry someone in the back for a long trip ;)
