lol!!! this was funny the filling has to be in a paste form as the other comments says..u dont use ground pork..my mom uses the pork's shoulder, boils it then with its own fat frys it..then ground it..mixing in onion, garlic tomato, bell peper..ands salt...then mixes in refried beans..and u dont fold them u make a whole in the "masa" then close it and u pat them making them a round shape...making the filling un-noticed... but great job! u can actually fill them up with anything...
