No, when you want to bulk up you need carbs. The protein powder he's using is Fat Free, Sugar-Free, lactose free and carb free but it has 50g of protein (and you need protein so your body can recover faster from workout). it can be tricky and it can be done if you are detailed. You have to really have your nutrient timing down perfectly..AND DO IT daily w/out missing a day! To build muscle and lose fat at the same time try this:
-15 mins of mandatory hard cardio daily.
-lift for maximum 45 mins.
-eat or drink a protein meal/shake WITHIN 45 MINS of finishing. (this is opposite for those trying to lose serious weight)

try and find either a bosu ball or balance pads...or a very soft matt and fold it up several times and stand on it safely. You want to practice balancing on these tools with one limb...ie. tree pose from yoga, or stand on 1 leg for 30 secs w/out falling.

but you're being too picky
theres noting that makes you lose specifically belly fat,and build mass on your muscles.
to get a leaner core,you need to do cardio and decrease your overall body fat.
you cant just lose fat in one area.
i recommend lose the fat,then build the muscle!

I loveeeeeeee my protein shakes....or smoothies as I call them. I usually add ice to mine to make it thicker! Love them!

Looks like a yummy shake.
I'm not a huge fan of the Isopure shakes.

yeah the Isopure is just one quick way to refuel folks... My point is to make sure you do some sort of refueling with the basic macro-nutrients after working out hard. In my past experience with working with many clients...this is the best way. ~ahmad
