@MinsterRogers I've owned a Husky and i can tell you that keeping them only indoors is not something you should do. these dogs have A LOT of energy, and require quite a good amount of exercise. I used to walk her about two miles a day...and by the looks of it, it didn't seem like it was enough! :/ lol

@MinsterRogers You can *try* and keep a husky as an indoor dog, but it's not a good idea. Huskies get bored very easily and their boredom leads to massive destruction. Seriously (I learned the hard way ... My Ugg boots are now a distant memory). As someone already posted, huskies have ENORMOUS amounts of energy (and then some!) and need exercise, exercise, exercise. They're definitely not a house dog. My husky is very friendly & loves people, but she's not a "cuddler".

I'll have you know that my husky, Deirdre, loves this video and barks and howls along with Kaiser. In fact, I often will say to her, "Where's Kaiser?" and the barking/howling will stop. When you start sqeaking the toy, Deirdre will run into the next room and look for it! :)
