aww... i love my sugar gliders, but my little boy died recently because of a botched surgery...It is especially sad knowing that unless we do everything, EVERYTHING right that the little girl will also die of depression. But, only 4 more weeks until we pick up our two new little ones to keep her company. Wish me luck!

I agree with Kapo465. Who the hell would dislike this? This video is awesome. To see that sugarglider crabbing from that angle, in addition to lifting its leg like that, is hliarious. She's not being harmed at all. This is so funny. I've never seen one crab at such a seemingly random time, while on someone, before. The first part of this video makes it a favorite of the sugarglider videos I've seen so far. It seems in the second half that they just want to be somewhere dark and quiet to sleep.

Yes they are very cute but require ALOT of care and need daily attention. Do not get one of these just because they are soooo cute. You must prepare fresh fruit for them daily and live worms and also they have a smell and the cage needs to be cleaned frequently and they need alot of attention to become social and once they escape their cage they are very difficult to catch. I had sugargliders for over a year and would hate for someone to get one without fully knowing the responsability.

In Australia all native fauna sold at shops have a National parks permit stating that the animal sold has not been poached or come from wild parents.

this way poaching is not common here and only takes place 2 feed the insatiable demand from Europe and the US and untill such measures take place OS all trade in Australian fauna and flora must stop to kill demand otherwise the poaching wont stop

They do make a barking sound when they get lonley. The one I have just gives soft little love bites, but I have heard of some bringing blood.

i know these guys are nocturnal but damn my Nero isn't. my baby glider likes to be up during the day around the time I come home from work, workout, or doing morning errands. He's usually in bed around midnight to 1 am round the time I actually go to sleep which is between 1 am-3am
