I've taken the E3 Live BrainON with PEA, and I can attest to it working. It helps me put thought and action together, and gives me a mood boost to help me through it. Does anyone know the mechanism by which it is thought to act? Do you think of this as a balance-correction, or a drug effect, a nutrient missing from people's diets, or something else? Thanks! :-)
@kizmatica i think you may be on the right track w. your thoughts. also, keep in mind proteins are really important for regeneration and some people have higher needs than others. thanks so much for the support! :)
@kizmatica oh yeah i see what you mean. i ate a pretty protein deficient diet for a few years and also my metabolism runs better on proteins and fats, than large amounts of carbohydrates. these factors in conjunction w. my intention to gain weight is why im a fan of supplementing my diet w. extra protein. hope that helps :)

@soulmambo i would say 1 tsp would be a good dose to start off with. there are many other things you could add, but its really a matter of what your goals and your budget is.
