House was built 4 yrs ago, very satisfied. house would cost much more now because of the dollar/bhat ratio is not good now. was 35-1 when house built, now probably 29 or 30 to 1. (thank you Mr Obama) You live too far south for our contractor to travel. He would not be interested as he has more work than he can handle just in our area.
