I remember playing this game at a friend's house. This was before I had a Gamecube. We took turns trying to beat all the levels in story mode. Then we got to this world. Once I heard this music, that solidified my wanting for a Gamecube. This song alone made me want to get a Gamecube.

Holy cow! Look at all the Arthopod haters. Yes, it is a hard level but you can make it SOOOOO easy! Roll all the way to edge of the platform then stop, wait until your timer gets between 40 and 41 seconds, then roll off the platform and the goal should be up there by the time u reach the end of the rotating circular platform thing. LAUNCHER IS THE ONE THATS FUCKING HARD!!!! LOL

welcome. let me know how it turns out. and remember it does take a few tries to get it right but it really works, after a while you'll be able to get the goal on the bottom side.

I fucking hate the Launchers level. It almost relies upon sheer dumb luck from what I've found playing it. Only once did I manage to properly enter the goal.

actually ive mastered it. put your back to the launcher, as your launched up hold down (back) an if done right you will ride up the entire shaft thing and then from there find your way on top and find the goal. it took me months to beat this level and even longer to know how to beat it, this trick will take a litte practice but it works, i promise

on the arthropod level wait a while, you will see that the goal will actually come on top and from there time your run and you should beat it with ease.

there is another way 2. when you see that goal strongly on the map but you cant see it in front of you, charge foward and your go into the goal strangley thats how i pulled it off

Arthropod seems to be more timing and luck than anything. It's easy to time the gate coming up.

well i just really remember this world being plain out freaky. it was a city inside of a whale, no RUINS of a city. the whale had EATEN a city. and the freaky part was there were these bubbles hanging from the whale's insides er what/not, and inside looked like a colony! my guess was survivors live inside of the whale! so creepy! but yes the arthropod was a bitch to compelte
