- 3D does enhance the gameplay. 3D=depth. With depth you can tell if an object is far or close. Especially helpful with floating items like coins.

- The graphics on the 3DS are much better than the video for 2 reasons: 1. The 3DS's screen is smaller. 2. The 3DS makes 2 images. Your brain fuses them to get better quality and more details.

- If you still don't want 3D, you can disable it.
