  • unnütze bodenverdichtung

  • @TheMichiman97

  • just think what tires woulda done ...HUGE RUTS

  • what music is this !??

  • i guess no tilling next year is out of the question

  • Why make tracks across the field just to dump on the go ????

  • @rodneysachs keeping weight off the combine its already heavy enough

  • Tacks: For farmers who cant wait an hour or day after it rain... shit

  • Ever thought of investing in some land drainage?

  • did u ever get stuck

  • god damn what was Ur % of moisture in your corn when you harvested it that's a fucking mud pit.

  • @rainbow6vegashero corn dont gain moisture after the stalk dies unless it rains directly on it

  • Sorry to all you clay farmers but if you think that is the richest ground in the states thats a wise tale from your grand daddy that was a poor soil farmer like you... we had a off year this year with corn only making 190 bu. on avg. and 76. bu. beans but we truck on...

  • used tracks last year.. went back to floation tires on the front they have less weight per inch then the tracks... if they made the tracks wider Im sure it would of helped but auger wagon with tracks works just not on a combine

  • Holy shit your gonna have some major compaction issues ridin over that wet soil.

  • @farmerallis thats the whole advantage of tracks you dont get compaction.

  • @Bowtiesare4lilboys yeah I know that. The tracks definitely help, but they are not going to eliminate compaction on that wet of a soil.

  • @farmerallis so what would you suggest? I'd love to hear what you would have done instead.

  • @benthorsgard Stay the hell out of the field until it dries up some (yeah yeah I know that's not an option sometimes). All I'm saying is when the soil is that wet, the tracks are not going to eliminate compaction. You could also come back in before you plant in the spring and do some deep ripping (or plant a deep tap-rooted crop like radish) to break that compaction layer that you just created.

  • @Bowtiesare4lilboys

You always have compaction, no matter what system you use. The difference is the dispersion of weight over a greater area, meaning less compaction in any given area.

  • What did u guys do before tracks? Get stuck every 5 minutes? Is that an AWS Air Reel? Cause they are from the next town

  • hate to wash that combine!!

  • @alwayne3

  • Even with tracks id reckon there's fair compaction going on there id reckon!

  • Chill out cow man. I was just saying that every year it seems that sum states in america have to contend with terrible field conditions, and i just wonder how much mud goes in the chaser off the tracks because i have personally seen plenty going in during our rice harvests. Muddy conditions are just a c__t!! and i like the case gear alot anyway. "RESPECT" to farmers and contractors who deal with those conditions each year.

  • Gee you yanks have sum shithouse conditions for harvesting corn and soybeans each year, i wonder who picks all the mud out of the chaser bin before he tips each load??

  • @phantom970 "us yankees" dont need to pick out the mud, unlike you, we have quality equipment that isnt crap so stop mouthin us when America farms more than any other country and we have the best country in the world.

  • got mud?

  • That looks like to much fun!

  • Last year before I quite we shelled corn with out tracks on a 2188 and were going through wet spots some times we made ruts that went to the first step on the combine

  • on top of all that hell, the corn was probably 30% moisture or more.

  • @soybeangrower nah we normally have a wet corn harvest and there can be water standing in the rows and the corn be checking 14.5 15% corn is the easiest crop to harvest moisture wise we picked some last year that was 30 percent and juice was running out of the hoppers the next morning lol soybeans and wheat are hell on high heels when it comes to the dew dropping

  • how many feet is that flex head on that 9120>?

  • @classharvester it kinda looks like a 30 ft but its probly a 40 or 45 ft

  • NICE!!

  • Thanks for Posting, this is Case IH's new video they shot up in the Red River Valley, I guess they wanted there own Tracked/Mud Video to show! I like it, and boy was it wet up there is fall!

  • if i dident know this was a case video i would of thought it was you guys!

  • @jlase Yes, we have had our share of wet harvests in the Red River Valley over the years. The land is flat as a tabletop with heavy clay for soil. Kind of like farming the Everglades sometimes. But, it is some of the richest farmland in the world. Unfortunately, a short growing season.

  • talk about soil compaction!! have fun working that ground in the spring

  • this is not 535 quadtrac! this is 440 i think!
