"Hestitation Blues" is pure folk. The first Psychedelic Sounds song crown goes to Roky Erickson and the 13th Floor Elevators. Just listen to "You're Gonna Miss Me" and compare.

No, that's not what Wikipedia says. According to Wikipedia, this was the first time that the word "psychedelic" was mentioned. The 13th Floors Elevators was the first band to call itself a "psychedelic group". In other words, it was the band's main style.

this album came out in 1964 or 1965....... 13th Floor Elevators didn't put out "Psychodelic Sounds" until '66 or '67.... Rounders have them beat.
