ok the kit you buy comes with a ceiling fan canopy it is in all kinds of finishes just put the canopy that comes with the kit on you fan and after you install the device on the ceiling and you can stick you fan up there

How do you wire up the part that attaches to your ceiling J-box? Are there terminals to attach your wiring to that part?
Also, is this UL Listed?
