You think all those people who are getting laid off so the CEO of the company can make an extra million or 2 are to blame for their own layoffs??? We depend on other's for our success. Well, a lot of the stuff is common sense, but the truth of the matter is, a lot of people just don't have it. Left to themselves, they'd starve. And many do -- their lives suck. Sometimes we need somebody to be Captain Obvious and tell us what we need to be telling ourselves, or give us the permission to believe what we've been telling ourselves all along.
