Only 35 of its 144 games were fully FMV. And some (very few) of the FMV games honestly weren't bad, like Dragon's Lair, Time Gal, Night Trap, and Road Avenger. I'd look into the Sega CD a little more before I'd call it Sega Shit.

If you tried to use it to play a movie, you'd really only have enough room to store one or two full episodes on it because from what I understand, Sega CD games could only hold a maximum of 400MB of storage space. This game was around 310MBs or so in size.

Not really a game to say the least, but at least the video quality is pretty good.

If you just showed this to someone and told them that you were watching a cheap Power Rangers DVD, they wouldn't question you one bit.

Meanwhile, Power Rangers for the Sega Genesis was really lacking on both sound aspects and visual aspects. Plus, instead of QTR gameplay that would have made it interesting, you're just constantly mashing buttons to beat up bad guys.

I seem to have upset you. As I said, Sega CD had a lot of these types of games. The quicktime concept is now perfected in games such as God of War, Resident Evil or Ninja Blade today. They are not like these "movie" games, but the concept of the button press to succeed is still present. The games pretty much sucked, sure, but I guess it was a novelty. Sega pioneered a lot of things, too. Maybe not the CD game medium fully, but they used it whereas many others did not.
