  • this video did not make sense. use simple sentences PLEASE. i was reading the subtitles and it still did not make sense

  • What the f*ck is a vehicle?!?!?!?!?

  • @cperalta92 It`s something thats move you`re fat ass...

  • @cperalta92 Are you fucking stupic a vehicle is the fucking car dumb ass

  • @RobGotStaxx You obviously don't know what sarcasm is (unless your comment is also sarcastic).

  • You should have titled this, How to: Make your help's car alternator need to work harder then it should have to. Once the car is started, your own alternator should charge the battery. If not then you have a different problem. No need to give your problems to someone kind enough to help you. If your alternator runs at peak output too often for too long, you will need to have it rebuilt (regulator).

  • @MrCoryjohnson1 thats enough out of you

  • @valckee03 that was comming from someone who has had 3 alternators rebulit.

  • damn how do you open that hood thing, cant find any button. All i have done is open a trunk. fuck!! please help!!!

  • @gaivoron I feel you, how do you even connect it!!!!!!!!!!

  • I can't believe people actually need help on charging a battery!

yeah I am a little freaked

  • @haylspa

omg you had all this knowledge inscribed before birth!?

  • I'll have to tell my limo driver about this.

  • Hi I have Honda EU2000 generator and Do you know how charge a 12v battery car with a DC Charging Cord?

  • according to what i read, the alternator does not charge your battery if its dead......it only maintains your battery, when it needs to keep your Battery at 12-14 volts.......

  • @jeepers2655 it does charge it...

with ure car on neutral look at the battery level.then hit the gas but to 4k rpms then let it drop to 1k or so then hit the gas again.do this 5-10 times and the battery level goes up.

  • If your battery is bad and low on voltage a jump start will not help much. There is so much internal resistance that the cables will heat / spark and could damage both cars sensitive electronics. One way to know is to take a multimeter and check the voltage. A good battery that is just dead will read in the 10 volt range. Anything less, the battery probably needs to be replaced. My dead battery read 6 volts, there was so much resistance it nearly melted the jumper cables!

    P.S. polarity = correct

  • New cars use 24volts

  • sooo dumb obv. u dont understand fuck all about the charging systems in car/trucks

  • Can you charge a car battery without removing the cables?

  • hes letting the other cars alternator charge the dead battery

  • ...if the alternator gives only 12 v, i'm curious if u can start your car in winter...

usually, the alternator must give 13.8-14.2 Volts...search again, and then post a comment my friend

  • or in alot of luxury cars they give around 14.8-15.2V depending on the amount of on board computers and electronic components.

  • he is good

  • Something I would like to add ; before charging a battery make sure to top up the cells with battery water.

    It usually makes a difference.

  • it could be under the back seat

  • I cant find my battery anywhere

  • Are you driving a Model-T ?

how can you not find the batt

  • Check the trunk.

  • @cieciawa1 if you are driving a hybrid its in the trunk

  • sherlock...you dont have to wait. revv the other vehicle up to 2500 rpm (hold it there) and it accually put out more momentum to the other vehicle while the other vehicle is trying to start. DUH!!!!

  • Yep, and knock your timing chain out of whack.

  • the alternator usually puts out slightly more than 12V as slightly more voltage is required to charge a 12V battery

  • someone cant spell sherlock

  • well no shit shurlock

  • how do u find the associations with the car battery?

  • im gonna try to do that to my car
