It's actually not a bank, it's the city hall (I live there too!)
The cameraman missed out the general store just around the bend from the city hall (bank) and the rodeo stadium just on the other side of the stop light (a little further on from the corner mart) and the train yard, which helps keep us awake at night with the train horns as they shunt cars.

Wow this is great, gotta be the smallest town area i've seen, and the size of the bank, that is insane.
