Calderon often takes time to publicly American drug users when things like this happen and he wants the US to do more. Aside from the fact the scope of his blame is misplaced especially given the the extreme senseless, seemingly random violence that the cartels employ, his asking the US to do more is indicative of his own failures to contain law & order in his country.
