I think İslam is so misunderstood.I am a muslim myself(No I'm not religious,İn fact I have stopped believing in god for a time)I felt so alone and pushed to the edge when I thought there was no god and all things I've done for people would never return back or the people I loved I couldnt see them again in afterlife.But then,I started believing.I felt peaceful.Even if God doesnt exist.Mohammed had the right idea.He was not a god.Just a messanger like me right now.

One day I was guided to read the Quran in translation. I remember reading sentences like "There will be no fear in the heart of the believers." How I used to envy these believers. No book compares to the Qur'an. What people fail to understand is that the beauty and knowledge of the Qur'an is out of this world. It is just impossible for any man to write the Qur'an, let alone an illiterate Muhammad. The evidence is overwhelming, including scientific facts some of which are still being discovered today. Wow, he is a terrible scientist. The reason why the universe is so perfect can be answered easily with an explanation that is far more plausible than God. An infinite number of universes means that some must be 'perfect' because every combination of atoms that are physically possible must exist. Unless he has disproved the multiverse theory and kept it secret from everybody else of course.

@rydhwan It may well be impossible to prove other universes. However, just because it can't be proven it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Besides, my argument was not that somebody has proved parallel universes, it is that they are more plausible than the idea of a God. And I haven't had the idea that there definitely are parallel universes. However, it seems likely that there are otherwise the chances of this universe existing are infinitesimally small making other universes a logical conclusion.

I would bet money that if you read 2 pop science books you'd seriously doubt your religion; A short history of nearly everything by Bill Bryson and The greatest show on earth by Richard Dawkins. Most muslims get their science from Harun Yahya and co, and don't bother to learn the evidence for the theory of evolution themselves.

I think İslam is so misunderstood.I am a muslim myself(No I'm not religious,İn fact I have stopped believing in god for a time)I felt so alone and pushed to the edge when I thought there was no god and all things I've done for people would never return back or the people I loved I couldnt see them again in afterlife.But then,I started believing.I felt peaceful.Even if God doesnt exist.Mohammed had the right idea.He was not a god.Just a messanger like me right now.

One day I was guided to read the Quran in translation. I remember reading sentences like "There will be no fear in the heart of the believers." How I used to envy these believers. One day I said to myself repeatedly "Dear God let me die as a believer. Let me die as a believer in Your eyes." It took me a while to realise what I'm really saying. I used to fear death so much! An infinite number of universes means that some must be 'perfect' because every combination of atoms that are physically possible must exist. @rydhwan It may well be impossible to prove other universes. However, just because it can't be proven it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Besides, my argument was not that somebody has proved parallel universes, it is that they are more plausible than the idea of a God. And I haven't had the idea that there definitely are parallel universes. However, it seems likely that there are otherwise the chances of this universe existing are infinitesimally small making other universes a logical conclusion.

@MikeJ1066 im doing AH physics and geography H graph comm and urdu int 2 maths and english. i speak punjabi and urdu fluently i can speak french very well but i some times get lost for words i speak romanian and spanish very little though and im going to learn arabic fluently hopfully. :) plus i know how to debate a serious argument i do it often on minor subjects with my friends, my english spelling is quite bad if you ask my friends they will know, im working on though.

@idrismetalcore Exactly my point. He thinks that the the world is perfect because the tides come in and go out and the planets are spherical. But relative to what is this considered perfect? We have nothing else to compare it to.

When i say im/perfection, i mean 'image/perception'. Because your idea of a perfect person or thing is not my idea, get it? "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is what i'm trying to get across lol. So in relation to this scientist, his idea of 'a perfect universe' is different to yours :)

My original point was that his contention that the world is perfect adds nothing to the debate about the existence of god, irrespective of his scientific background. Of course, noone would deny him his opinion, and indeed the world, insofar as we understand it, is amazing. Nonetheless, our judgement is based on incomplete information. We can marvel, but we cannot explain; anything. We must be humble.

It's a crap place to live so it's understandable I guess. Some people need booze to get them through the misery; others invent imaginary friends. Hazrat Ali ( A.S) was asked that if you take all the world's and Quran's knowledge and compress it what would it look like. He then replied it would be a dot and that dot is me. Now you must say it's gibberish there is no such thing. But look closely at your computer screen and you will see that the screen is actually made of pixels which are dots.

Yes, quite a bit is wrong in it. But just to name a few: Why is Allah called the great deceiver in the Qur'an? The is a characteristic only of Satan. Why does it say that Christians worship 3 gods, Father, Jesus, and MARY? This is only an attack on the Roman Catholic Church, and not indicative of Christianity. And, why does the Qur'an even get Mary, the mother of Jesus, confused with Mariam, Moses' sister?
