To me, this one of the best vocal performances of anything, anywhere, ever. There's nothing run-of-the-mill about this and no sense of running through the motions on a song he'd played countless times before. Just amazing. I've been singing his stuff for the past 2 years or so and I've improved a lot as a singer because of it, but this performance of this song will likely continue to be my gold standard. When I can pull this off, IF I can pull this off, then I'll be satisfied.
