Flash CS4 Basic Two Layer Motion Tween

well i guess you cant tween one object when theres others in one layer,

if for example, the span starts at frame 35, how can i add new frames to the start of the span (ie before the first keyframe at frame 35 in the timeline....WITHOUT moving the following frames in the animation?
