A lot of memories come back to me while watching this video.Thanks for posting it.I remember the appearance of the Ed Sullivan Show & on Mike Wallace's show,East-West.They became very well known in the American Irish community after that.Loved their spirit,their stage presence,their ability to deliver a song & poetry.They were truly one of a kind.They made Irish musice fun & made American Irish people more aware of their own culture & history.I was at their reunion show at Lincoln Center.

hey guys, i'm writing a term paper about irish music so i'd like to use this documentary as a source... i'm assuming the title of it is "the story of the clancy brothers and tommy makem". can someone help me out with director and the year it was shot? thanks in advance and thanks for this video :)
