  • I just got pins out of my wrist yesterday and this seemed to help alot

  • dumbass really these moves aernt functional it will only make worse circular motion how is that a functional movement of the wrist

    if you had an injury you would keep your elbow at the side, no arm movement just wrist...

  • Notice how she is only moving the wrist, and elbow. This is an excellent example of an exercise which will make your wrist and elbow pain worse. To ease your pain, reduce the movement at peripheral joints and move from your centre

  • I find it to he helpful. You only get hurt if you do it to fast or not correctly. I have stiff wrists from working and I find this helped loosen up the tendons.

  • this movement can cause injury and certainly will not prevent it.
