Great clip! At least the producers and the writers brought the storyline of John and Isabella full circle this way. Beautifully portrayed by both Drake and Staci and well written! Wow, something good about the post mid 90's Days. They need to return to the previous format or take General Hospital's lead. How could such a great soap opera tank??
Wow, I love this clip -- John & Isabella are my second favorite soap couple ever (next to Jack/Jen). I can't stand the show post-1993 but it's gratifying to see that they allowed John to show how much he loved Izzy B. -- and especially right in front of Marlena, LOL! On a more serious note, this bittersweet song always makes me think of my late mom. Nadja sang this beautifully. Thanks very much for posting!
ITA! What I don't understand is why would Izzy's hair now be straight, redder, and she would be about 20 lbs heavier? There must be a beauty salon/bakery in Heaven.
yeah i think john and izzy B were soulmates but when she died, marlena became second best.its hard to think that since they look like theyn love each other sooooo much, but ppl forget that for the longest time there was izzy b and john loved her with every fiber of his being

John and Izzy B were my all time favorite couple. Marlena is great too. John just has an ability to make everyone he's with look fab.

I agree with you as far as Drake goes, but the character of John Black, I happen to believe that his soap-opera soulmate was Isabella.
