@thebatman101069 They cannot take an intimate sample i.e DNA without a suspect's consent although of course a jury can infer guilt from someone's refusal to provide a sample. They reserve the right to use reasonable force to obtain fingerprints.
@nathantjjordan like I said, police can take blood, buccal swabs, hair, prints, clothing, etc...with a warrant... you dont need consent. with probable cause for it and a warrant signed by a judge, police can get what evidence they need.

You don't have to give your information at the scene of an accident? Yes you do, it's the law. You have to provide your information to the police and the other driver you are in the accident with...if not then you'll be arrested for failure to do so.

i used to get stopped and searched all the time and police find my weed i had no idea they wasnt allowed everytime they found it all i got was a warning and they said next time down the station this has happened at lest 4 times i now know they didnt report me to the database becuase they wasnt ment to be searching me in the first place.
@PHILUPBOL In the UK they can obtain fingerprints using reasonable force if you have been arrested and charged with a crime (not the charge bit). When you get to the station the Custody Sergeant will give you a form to sign saying that you consent to this - DON'T SIGN!
Something else of note, when mine were being taken by the machine, the Police Officer told me that if someone struggles it's almost impossible to take their prints - indeed, I relaxed my hand fully and it took several tries.
Stututes are only given the force of law by consent, this holds in court but not always with police officers.
Magistrates have to know the law, officers do not.

Actually if you do your own research instead of insulting people all the time you will realize that you have every right to charge someone any amount you set yourself if you put it into your fee schedule and if you serve them your notice of understanding and intent and claim of right. If they don't reply to your notice they have accepted it by acquiescence.
You can charge them with kidnapping. Start a fee schedule and for every hour they have you incarcerated without cause you can bill them $1000/hr. That's what lawyers do and you have the right to do that as well.

Even if u get a video recording of a cop, after an arrest all ur property is seized by the police, including ur video recording. If that video is in custody, u think u'll get it back in working condition? U have to give ur name and details for bail, no way around that one either. In police custody u HAVE to stay alive, if u try to self harm u get stripped & go in the padded cells so u cant hurt urself.

You don't have to give your information at the scene of an accident? Yes you do, it's the law. You have to provide your information to the police and the other driver you are in the accident with...if not then you'll be arrested for failure to do so.

@PHILUPBOL In the UK they can obtain fingerprints using reasonable force if you have been arrested and charged with a crime (not the charge bit). When you get to the station the Custody Sergeant will give you a form to sign saying that you consent to this - DON'T SIGN!
Something else of note, when mine were being taken by the machine, the Police Officer told me that if someone struggles it's almost impossible to take their prints - indeed, I relaxed my hand fully and it took several tries.

Stututes are only given the force of law by consent, this holds in court but not always with police officers.
Magistrates have to know the law, officers do not.
if you say the right thing and evidence that in court you will be free'd.
if a police officer claims he/she knows the law and is wrong, this is gross negligence, equal to fraud, and you will have every right in that situation to prosicute them.
Do not be afraid to let them know this.

I got arrested last month, innocently , (wrong person) , they took me to the police station, and i was forced to give my my D N A . it is by law they said i argued but they said " tell that to the politicialns who make the law, we are here to enforce it"
i was released shortley after without charge after my DNA was taken. i didnt sign any consent for them to take it. but was confused what was the point in asking for consent when they force you whether you choose not to give it. cant belive it.

Nice Video. I have heard on the news a few years ago that after 9/11 police do not have to have a search warrant to go into your home or place of business if they think you are a threat or have dangerous suspensions about you (me). Is this true or are they abusing the law.
I was told by a police friend that you do not have to answer the door if the police come to your home, there is nothing they can do.

U r aware a cop can arrest ANYONE if he decides that he acted disorderly or used abusive language.He doesn't need evidence for these offences. Once u're arrested, u HAVE to give your prints or they can be obtained by force. If a police officer slaps a more serious offence, u HAVE to give a dna sample or even that can be obtained by force. Once u're arrested,all property is taken off of u. To get bail u HAVE to give the magistrate/judge your details. Stop spreading inaccurate garbage.

Even if u get a video recording of a cop, after an arrest all ur property is seized by the police, including ur video recording. If that video is in custody, u think u'll get it back in working condition? U have to give ur name and details for bail, no way around that one either. In police custody u HAVE to stay alive, if u try to self harm u get stripped & go in the padded cells so u cant hurt urself.

What do you say when you get pulled over and they ask for liscence and reg and INS ? and when your recording and he puts you in cuffs and erases your recording? Besides that good vid. The last time I wad polite to a cop I was in cuffs , the times I cussed them out and was rude was when I was let go huh go figure
