Fat-Free Lactaid milk is good. It's not watery looking like other brands. A realllly creamy non-fat milk is Smart Balance. I make pudding with it cuz drinking a glass of milk seems repulsive to me. Best of luck with your procedure.

Fill the jug up with water 1/4 or 1/3 full, put the lid on and place it in the freezer on a lilt. That is what I do for my water at work. I freeze some and in the morning put cold water on the ice and it is good to go!

I love teh Centrum Chewables - I did not even check to see that they were not sugar free. Thanks for the heads up! The Campbells soups were a lifesaver! The puddings are the best :) Good luck on your journey!

yeah, I saw that in your videos and think I would love that since I love lasagne. It will almost be like the same...minus the pasta...meat....wah. :)

That ricotta cheese is also yummy in spaghetti sauce...I was allowed to eat spaghetti sauce on liquid diet. I just had to puree any chunks. IT WAS DELICIOUS! (but I used cottage cheese)

I enjoyed your grocery picks. I hope I can find those Dasani flavored waters. I start my liquid pre-surgery diet tomorrow. My surgery is Aug. 26th. What day is yours scheduled for?

Well I got one box that was wrong - it has sugar in it, but I didn't see that til I got it home. My kids will have to eat those.

4 hours in a middle seat was long enough. But yeah I could have been going to Europe or LA and that would have been worse.

Oh god the middle seat sucks! Hey at least it wasn't longer! No time and you will be fine in there though. Hey where did you find BOTH flavors of the NSA Edys fruit bars? I can only find the blue box. Good luck!! Tom
