@reisudo The difficulty in rendering skin is the subsurface scattering effect... that waxy 'glow' when hit with bright lights. That is VERY hard to emulate with a real-time rendering engine. You can fake it to some degree, but to do the actual math is prohibitive. The 'plastic' look comes from the front-and-center light, which makes it look like you're having this conversation over a lamp. Set the lights higher with only minimal low lights and it will improve a LOT.

@reisudo For the actual Denise we use a render our company developed. For the upcoming render, we are choosing among UDK, Crytec and some other ones.
