I play there all the time. Their scenario field's pretty fun considering how small the place is. If you see some wierd kid with an old pump gun and a ponytail, that's me.

Its south of chicago; in Alsip. If you are close it is a cool field to just hang around at with friends. If you come on a Friday it's BYOP.

If you have to make a long drive it's not worth the trip IMO, just go to a bigger place.

Fun Time Square is cool. I've been there once and I'm going there on Friday 12/7. It's a good field because you don't have to wait forever to start a game. Fields are always open.

I liked your other vids better. As a viewer you had much better situational awareness with the camera on the side of the mask. With it on the barrel it is really loud and it moves arund too much.

Looks like you've got the ATC2000 there. If you want to get better audio out of it, you can remove the small black field under the lens. Inside there's a rubber grommet and wind screen. I'd recommend keeping the screen but removing the grommet.

I've also found that if I record in 640x480 then convert it to H.264 320x240 with Quick-time, the video seems to be pretty decent.

1: Yes, but not how you're thinking. And 2: depends on what you're looking for. I'd say the A-5 because it comes with a ratchet feeder and it helps with the sustained rates of fire. But owning an A-5, it's a bias.

hey nice vid, this on-barrel camera worked alot better than the one in one of your previous FPS movies. But personally I still think the HelmetCam pwns the ATC but maybe I think that because I havent seen it in day yet.....w/e have fun and keep doing what you doing.

given that it's a wirefree camera it seems to be passable. though wish it could work in low light conditions, nor was it so sensitive to sound that it picks up every little paintball rattle in the a-5a2's hopper.

Using the Tippmann A-5A2. Best I can tell the "sound problem" is inherent to the camera. There's a few other videos with other guns using this same camera, they all sound like this. I'm adding a link in the main description to show what I mean.

You're too kind. IMHO it sucks, because there's not enough light and you can't see any details. I need to work with this cam a lot more tho, before I really make a conclusion about it.
