My mistake, the mix in this video OBVIOUSLY has a higher bpm than typical dubstep. So I can't see how you can identify DnB as Dubstep because they are far different.

IT IS not dubstep... It's Drum and Bass which is played at a higher bpm. Which is obviously lower BPM than typical dubstep.
