@xXxCaterynaxXx The main reason why they dont localize games like these into English are for several reasons- one is that the last company that tried it went bankrupt, and so this has led most of the companies producing these games to realize that there isnt much of a market to hit break-even point for sales. Another would be that otome games are a small niche in the gaming market outside of Japan and sometimes the costs of selling it overseas arent worth the profit >.> To be continued~

@xXxCaterynaxXx and another problem is that majority of games that get localized overseas and outside of Japan get churned into piracy and so they lose a lot of potential sales, as the game piracy problems (especially for the PSP) is not an issue in Japan >.< But luckily for us who do wish to have otome games more introduced internationally, we'll have our chance soon enough with Hakouki as it is getting an english localization =] so the best we can do is to support that which is being localized

Respond to this video... and show otome companies that there is a demand and market out there and hope that it will spurn them to localize these games more =D Of course, to do this, original is the way to go as downloading online will not grant our wish of more english localizations more. Then we'll all just have to be proficient in Japanese haha
