We can debate it back and forth, but the reality of the matter is that Nick and Sharon are disaster for each other. He slept with Grace twice. She slept with Diego, Cameron and Brad. His affair with Phyllis, while completely wrong, happened because - deep down - Sharon was NEVER the woman Nick was supposed to be with. He grew up. And when he grew up, he needed a woman who could match him. Enter Phyllis.

And truthfully I believe that they will all get their Karma, Phyllis because Nick is playing her with Sharon, Sharon's Karma is Jack (I just feel he has been more of loser since he married Sharon) and Nick will get his when both women wise up, and leave all by himself.
