Even Earnhardt Jr. got 2 wins, he really struggled at some places...Bristol, Darlington(Oh my), and Martinsville(he hit everything but the pace car), So I think Earnhardt Jr. is a LOT better know than he was.

I have his book Driver #8 and they discovered that one of the rear axles wasn't powering the rear wheels, so essentially one wheel was delivering power to the racetrack, making him so loose and not understanding why. His crew was so mad at him after the race because they thought it was just a bad handling racecar and he didn't wanna drive it. They suggested that Park get in the car and drive it. He said it was really depressing, and I can imagine when your own crew turned against you.

@solidsnake1934 I know I had some difficulties that season with my health and I lost interest in racing in that year so I do not remember much of that year because of my seizures which cloud much of my memory. The only things I remember are my uncle dying in March 2000 and I cannot remember much else of that year. I hated 2000 so much.
