@TheTrueMaxKain Yes there is around 3 generation of "Russians" borned there. "Russians" from many parts of former USSR like from Belarus. Of course this kind of problem need to be handled with previous and present owners. Those Russians who would want to stay, would get Finnish citizenship as they did in Tarto peace. Vyborg would be much better place if it would be Finnish, no one who really knows the subject, can't deny it. City is much more important for Finland than it's for Russia. Fact!

We might have more problems but Karelia is one of the biggest if not biggest problem at the moment between those two countries. We need to solution for that. Finnish people haven't forgot Karelia and never will, Russia and Russians should understand that fact.

@Anfariuss Oh we have a big guy here. First the historical facts are so wrong. Not suprise. Surely a brave Russian is forgetting the role of USSR and Stalin on this plot. Yeah it's better to make land thiefery justified by false facts because there is no justice what USSR did to Finland during the WW2, whatsoever. Get a REAL history book from Europe. Look for 1939-40 Winterwar. ;) What comes to the Continuation war, I say that it was ok to fight with hitler in 41-44 against the russian agressior that stole tons of our land and our homes including the second bigest city Vyborg! they shot Finnish civil population in the peace time between 40-41 and made rude demands, our choice was to give up like the baltic's or to fight back. Of course Finland fought on germans side in continuation war because they were the only ones who helped finnish people to get back their homes, which were STOLED by communists in winter war. Remind me, kid, when did Finland get the land Soviet Union wanted so hard? Wasn't it, you know, 1921 when Finland invaded Russia during the Russian Civil War, while it was weak, and got what it could while Russia was weak? Naturally, once Soviet Union restored its strength, it wanted its land back, and it got it.

Your saying that Soviet Union took back what belonged to Russia of czar. Thats just nonsense. Karelia has been finnish thousands of years and Viipuri has been russian a little more than 60 years. So think who has the right for the city, thieves or legal owners? Not hard to answer if you know something.
