  • This is a great video. I will definitely order your DVD. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  • great video! but you forgot a button; the one I am searching for the use of :(

  • @MichelleHize if you have one, the body outline is usually in the manual that comes in the box.

  • how do i change the Shutter speed and ISO settings for video recording on the T2i?

  • I have this camera - it's great!

  • I am buying a t2i body and will use my EF lenses and your explanation of all the button was very impresive. Your voice was very clear and well understood. Thanks and best regards.

  • Is there a difference between the t1i and the t2i? Can I watch t2i video's and still use the same techniques and lessons for the t1i?

  • best camera ever<3.

  • My friend saw one at Sam's Club for $900. It comes with 2 lenses too. The 35's and 250's....it's a good buy actually

  • I'll buy the download tonight when I get home. Thanks for the reviews everyone.

  • Just got done watching the T2i Crash Course DVD and wanted to tell you guys that it was an awesome tutorial. Michael did a great job. If all that was on here was how to operate the camera it would have been enough, but there is so much more. Fantastic job. If you're on the fence, just get it already :)

  • @richf510 Thank you Rich! I appreciate it!

  • hey everybody, just wanted to encourage everyone to purchase this dvd..It really helped and not only did it help me learn the t2i but he gave a free photography course which teaches you a lot as well. It helped me understand aperture, shutter, DOF, etc better and he broke it down very well. I look forward to getting another dvd when I get the chance. Probably the photoshop one..Thanks Michael

  • @sye005 hey Seye dit you ever found out where you can buy the DVD for 550D for film making. I also looking for one

  • I would highly recommend the T2i Crash Course DVD. It was made for pure beginners and intermediates alike. Best wishes

  • @MichaelTheMentor can i buy it on itunes? my parents don't let me buy stuff online.

  • @MichaelTheMentor i want that dvd. im in israel. how? thanks

  • @MichaelTheMentor Best investement I made for my 2Ti apart from lenses, great job!

  • Very Helpful! I bought this camera three weeks ago, and I'm still "scared" of it! I have not taken a single picture with it. It sitting next to me in the box. I keep thinking about returning it. I just don't know if I'm in over my hear. This would be my first SLR camera???

Not sure why this is so hard for me, but I do have 45 days to return it for a full refund. Thinking I should have gone with a camcorder??

Any advice from other beginners? Thanks.

  • @chessdude67 don't be scared. dive in and play around. i'm a filmmaker who just SOLD my camcorder to buy the T2i. read the manual slowly. it just takes patience. i get confused by all the info- its new to me too, but your movies will be beautiful!

  • @chessdude67 hahaha i got mine about a week ago. i so far have managed to blind my self with the flash and loose the lens cover within a hour of getting it. its now back in the box ...

  • @fogster31 I did bring it back for a full refund to Best Buy. I'm glad I did. Too much going on right now to get into the learning curve. LOL!

    peace,

    Tim

  • Hey thanks for the clear teaching here.... appreciate all your work

  • is this camera better than the D90?

  • @xexodusx in video, yeap. in photografy, no

  • @xexodusx they are both good, depens on what you are using it for

  • @xexodusx not exactly it is on the same leval bt its got better video

  • @xexodusx this comment would just have nine words YES loll

  • @xexodusx only if u want video

  • @xexodusx depends how you define different. if you want to record videos yes it is the best camera for recording Full HD videos. but D90 is semi-professional and T2i (also known as 550D) is an entry-level camera. If you are very into photography and need a lot of options then go with D90 (but it has become very old now, go with D300)

  • @xexodusx it totally depends on how good u are honestly :)

  • Thanks for the videos..I look forward to purchasing your crash courses very soon

  • Looks great. How much do you go into the video functions? that is where i will use the camera most.

  • helpful

  • it would be great if I could purchase you video via digital download, this way I could use it on the go with my ipad or iphone/ipod, plus I hate using disc for anything as I pretty ruff on them! But yeah addin git to the I-tunes movie store would be next gen!

  • I enjoy watching your video Micheal. I my self will be getting a T2i eventually, just gota save my pennies :)
