  • oh and Super kick

  • WWe Was to busy worrying about the look of the wrestlign then the, wrestling it self so they made him job. and if aj took the deal, he would be a jobber, notice that he did three move's that aj never would do ever...... brain buster, shooting star press. huh

  • At least WWF Tried to give him a deal. but if they gave him big money he maywell have joined.

  • I have the reason why AJ Styles didnt go to WWF OR WWE. they offered him Money for a Deal but AJ Styles said that it wasnt enough to feed him and his family so in the end he chose RING OF HONOUR

  • WoW ,how wwf missed AJ Styles?

to think all of the great matches that they could make with him in the WWF/E

    What A miss.

  • @chillm0de because wwe sucks.

  • kevin kelly is a great announcer. This is a pretty cool match to watch. Its cool to see AJ in a WWF ring

  • 4:50 GRINGO KILLER!!!

  • Why must he lose?

  • OW MY FUCKING EARS!!! :O

  • i always though if aj would be in wwe his finisher would be shooting star press

  • this is actually a really good match. wwe's loss!

  • OH YEAH MOLLY HOLLY TOO FINE...

  • Both Men deserved to had a big future in Wwe...

  • @Steelerz50 he wasnt "IN" wwf it was a tryout match

  • what year was this?? around 2001?

  • @leebo470 in an interview Aj Styles said they wanted to sign him but he didn't want to move because of his wife it was the tna website about 2 years ago

  • I hate wwe annoucers there is a good match going on in the ring and they talk a load of crap about hardy boyz and slut for most of the match

  • what the, that old heat/velocity match is a lot better than Raw/Smackdown match of today.

  • I'm glad AJ eventually went to TNA. I don't think he would've been the big star that he is now if he would've stayed with WWE

  • WHY WWE!!! HE WAS A GREAT HEEL EVEN NOT EVEN TALKING!

  • Man, this was actually a whole lot better of a match than I thought it would be.

  • Im actually pretty glad AJ didnt stay in WWF, he helped give TNA a name and that would have never happened if he had stayed in WWF

  • wwe dropped the ball with aj! even randy orton said on his twitter he would love to work with him

  • wow the phenomenal AJ one time only for the WWF fans

  • fuck the sound quality

  • how come hurricane never use that move before?

  • @hctbryan It was deemed as "too dangerous" by WWE. There is a list of moves that aren't used anymore for that reason. The 450 Splash used to be on that list.

  • @JohnCena2011 He did use the vertebreaker for at least a little while in WWF/E though, right? Or was it just on the Smackdown games? Also, do you know where I might find a list of banned moves? Because not only is the vertebreaker banned, but I'm sure the shooting star press(now, not the vid) is banned, too, after Billy Kidman gave Chavo Guerrero a concussion with it.

@BigAntSoprano Great match. Wish most matches in WWE and TNA these days were as good this. Thanks for uploading. =)

  • @TheVillainOfThisTale There's a tonne of top-rope moves that are banned.. Kinda sucks, but 'eh :/

  • who is the girl with the hurricane?

  • @TheAssyrians... It's the one and only "Mighty Molly".

  • Furthermore Hurricane was never really that great of a gimmick because nobody played the villain to his hero.

  • @rescobar1997... Not true. He when he became "Hurricane Helms", his main nemesis was Paul Burchill.

  • @NotcherGuy That rivalry didn't amount to anything. And Burchill's gimmick wasn't a super-villain his character was just a heel. It wasn't entertaining to watch those two on ECW. I've always been a Hurricane fan but WWE could have done way better with his gimmick.

  • This match was awesome. The only way it could have been better is if it ended with a Styles Clash.

  • i never seen it before that aj was in the wwf

  • aj was to young to show the skill and the wwf could not c it

  • this match makes AJ look pathetic. He would never do this bad against Hurricane.

  • well atleast he didnt compleatly job wwe must be kicking themselves for not signing him

  • WWE (WWF) Really loses the talents... Like kane man they just use him to give a little glory at the beginners and stuff he should go for the titles or something!

  • @4rk31d Your new World Heavyweight Champion, Kane! (The title returns to the darkside)

  • good ol' WWF

  • The commentator was right, AJ Styles is unknown at that time. But right now, he's the MAN in TNA Wrestling.

  • @MadzOrak speakin of commentators....who were they....they dont sound familiar

  • ich versteh nur bahnhof

  • AJ's selling was very godd, how could WWF not see his talent

  • @chillm0de i bet vince is kicking himself in the ass right a bout now huh?

  • @chillm0de they were idiots

  • @chillm0de They did AJ has said that he was offered a developmental deal after this match but he turned it down for TNA where he felt he would be better used and higher up on the roster

  • @chillm0de Because they where so many better people back in those days , no spot to hold him in at the time

  • @chillm0de they dont see alot of talent, their where alot of guys better than him that didnt even get one single match, its stupid.

  • The day AJ Styles say he has/will never preform for the WWE we should pull out this video

  • @23phantom

AJ has never said he wouldn't work for the WWE.

  • oh really oh thats a shame. he could of made a comback in wwe

  • omg i knew aj was in wwe

  • @derikdumass he wasnt really, this was more like a tryout match. he wasnt under contract with them

  • @tommywf01 he was under contract but was released he wouldnt relocate to ohio because his wife was n college at the time
