This video is a fake, its promoting HTC phones most likely. The reason it fake is that the camera focus blur has been added as a "post processing" effect. ie its been added in the editing room. this is very common for high end video but in no way would some kids do this on their video. someone has attempted to make the footage look like its come from a cheap high street camera but it has not. this footage is from a highend 50K camera.

yes ive looked at the headcam veiw and the street video man is nowwhere to be seen
