About the PS3 playing 7 controllers, it's true that the PS3 can go up to 7 controllers. If there's a player 5/controller 5 connected to the PS3, the 4 and 1 lights on the back of the SIXAXIS/DUALSHOCK3 controller will light up. Meaning that 4 plus 1 equals 5, so player 5.

7 Controllers is NOT A LIE, Standard-WIFI too. Both are included in all PS3s. I just played FIFA 10 with 6 friends last week, also the leds are showing the right controller number. (for example, for controller nr. 7 the 4th led and the 3th led are red at the same time)

I totally agree. RROD is nothing short of a complete failure of Microsoft and the 360. It's embarrassing beyond words when 40%+ of your initial machines are malfunctional. While we all know how low microsoft's standards have become (VISTA?) the rrod set a new level of fail for the company.
To be fair to sony, the ps3 is making a comeback and I may eventually get around to buying one. Although 250 is still pricey for me. It has a really nice lineup now though.
If you see the prototype console all was not lie... BUT!!! the final console price for sony was like $850 dollars... imagine if they put all what they say?!!! finally, they give us a good console, the price was right... If you compare with the 360 and all you need to buy to compare with a standard PS3 (wifi, hd dvd etc...) the price was the same (360 more expensive yo be honest)...

To the person who made the video, PlayStation 3 does in fact have built-in WiFi. I didn't have to buy an adaptor or anything so it is definitely a standard. Also, you can have 7 controllers. Once you go over 4 players, the controllers that are 5, 6 and 7 have 2 lights on, but in different orders.
Eg. Controller 5 will have the last light and the first light. Controller 6 will have the last light and the second light and controller 7 will have the last light and the third light.
Well, not sure really. I doubt it, but if they put it in there then I don't see why they wouldn't produce anything which supports it. MGS1 to MGS4 aren't going to Xbox360 at the moment. The new MGS: Rising isn't exclusive either, it is multiplatform. Sony is getting a PSP exclusive of MGS: Peace Walker.

When the PS3 launched in Nov 2006 the 20gb model did not have wifi. Wifi was not a standard feature. Blu-ray and backwards compatibility was a standard feature because it comes on all models standard. That is like saying power steering is a standard feature but is only on the upgraded models. The fact that the euro launch was almost half a year later where SCEE chose not to release the lower model does not change this fact.

Consider the price of TWO HDMI OUTPUT, TWO ETHERNET PORTS, and 6 USB PORTS. Even without that, it still cost $500-$600 and that's without the things I mention. That's why after putting in the Cell Broadband, Blu-Ray, and the things I mention, it could go atleast $900-$1.000.
The only thing that would really cost more money would be the two HDMI outputs because they would have to put in a better GPU. The other ports its just a matter of putting them on the board and then having them programmed in so that they can be supported by the ps3 firmware seeing as how each of the connectors costs sony about $0.01 US with how big of quantities they buy in.
Wow, I personally dislike Sony, but this is just fanboyism... Those features were originally planned, though they were cut for production costs and practical reasons. (who really has the need for 2 HDMI ports? Hell, I spent all my money on the PS3, I don't need another TV.)
And ya, the controllers weren't lies. Though it seemed like it for a bit when the Sixaxis was introduced.
And also sony got rid of the 2 extra UBS ports 1 of the 2 HDMI's and 2 of the three ethernet's to cut price of the system. If the PS3 had all of these installed it would of cost about $1000 or more who would pay that much, and the E3 2005 PS3 had 4GB's of RAM they cut that down to 256 because of price.
I feel like i have to post this on every other video..................... watch sony through lies to triumph, it explains a LOT about sony's lies.

Buzz uses only one controller slot (over USB) per four buzzers, as far as I know.
There are some sports games and other games that do support up to 7 local players, such as Bomberman Ultra.

MGS1 to MGS4 aren't going to Xbox360 at the moment. The new MGS: Rising isn't exclusive either, it is multiplatform. Sony is getting a PSP exclusive of MGS: Peace Walker.
I'm not sure, but I think Kojima did say he was going to keep MGS4 on the PS3. What do I know... I thought he was going to stick to the PlayStation brand.
Just informing you, not battling in the pathetic fanboy/console/what ever wars. Be a gamer, not some marketing tool for Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo.

Fair enough. It's never going to be fully on xbox and PS3 will have more out of Rising for sure. It would be like the Halo franchise arriving at PS3 it wouldn't make sense.

Well, knowing Kojima he isn't the one to be lazy like some developers from... say... Ubisoft or EA where they port over from 360 to PS3. I hate it when they port over from 360 to PS3, it just makes the game feel unfinished and has a few flaws on PS3 like Orange Box and Lost Planet. I hope and I'm sure he'll be developing MGS: Rising on both 360 and PS3 separately.
Plus, if Kojima ports over from 360 to PS3 then that's a kick in the teeth for a few PS3 users who have been fans of MGS since MGS1.

Wrong on almost all accounts. The last gen console was was over quickly. Don't know what you meant with the objects in mirror are closer than they appear. Did you mean that the war wasn't over? That the xbox would come back? Well, it didn't, and you knew that when this video was made two years ago. Wifi is standardized in all PS3 sku's except the 20gig, which is no longer made.. I could care less about the other enthernet and HDMI ports, but you are right about those.

1) wifi is standard its in all ps3 models
2)yes the PS3 can support 7 controllers eg. the 5th player would have the 4th and 1st light on 4+1 = 5, 7th player would have 4 + 3 on and so forth

When the PS3 launched in Nov 2006 the 20gb model did not have wifi. Wifi was not a standard feature. Blu-ray and backwards compatibility was a standard feature because it comes on all models standard. That is like saying power steering is a standard feature but is only on the upgraded models. The fact that the euro launch was almost half a year later where SCEE chose not to release the lower model does not change this fact.

Why would u need 2 Hdmi ports for? to see the same thing on two tv screens? In actual fact this represents sensibility on sony's part). Like how they lied about how amazing the PS2 was but the main reason why PS2 sold was not because it was a great game console but because it was a one of the cheapest DVD players on the market during the time and it could play games. PS3 has no Great or History making games. Nobody talks about games on the PS3.

Even the PSP was put out in the market with the UMD tech.

The PS3 does support up to 7 controllers! On the controller, lights 3 and 4 light up for the 7th controller, 4 and 2 for 6, 4 and 1 for 5, and so on!

Consider the price of TWO HDMI OUTPUT, TWO ETHERNET PORTS, and 6 USB PORTS. Even without that, it still cost $500-$600 and that's without the things I mention. That's why after putting in the Cell Broadband, Blu-Ray, and the things I mention, it could go atleast $900-$1.000.

The only thing that would really cost more money would be the two HDMI outputs because they would have to put in a better GPU. The other ports its just a matter of putting them on the board and then having them programmed in so that they can be supported by the ps3 firmware seeing as how each of the connectors costs sony about $0.01 US with how big of quantities they buy in.

Wow, I personally dislike Sony, but this is just fanboyism... Those features were originally planned, though they were cut for production costs and practical reasons. (who really has the need for 2 HDMI ports? Hell, I spent all my money on the PS3, I don't need another TV.)
And ya, the controllers weren't lies. Though it seemed like it for a bit when the Sixaxis was introduced.

And also sony got rid of the 2 extra UBS ports 1 of the 2 HDMI's and 2 of the three ethernet's to cut price of the system. If the PS3 had all of these installed it would of cost about $1000 or more who would pay that much, and the E3 2005 PS3 had 4GB's of RAM they cut that down to 256 because of price.
