@tortugitsa well to be honest they live longer and dont get poached in zoos BUT they dont get to build natural nests and what have you you have a good point.

I would rather live in a zoo that best fitted my needs.

We humans don't exactly live in the wild. We like enclosed spaces, and lots of services to come to us, and things be done for us. A zoo is fine as long as they only gain from it and don't lose anything, not a zoo as such, maybe like a national park that's a controlled wild with a Subway and some beer (chimps like trying new foods)
