  • THIS IS BULLSHIT.

  • WHAT? WHAT BLACK MAGIC IS THIS? FOX NEWS, DOING NEWS?

  • The father was kind enough to add me to his facebook (for a while). He was very happy, crazy in love with his new girlfriend and had fair access to his kids. But when I asked if he had any for tips or advice or connections for me as i fight for fathers rights (in HIS home town), he wouldnt even be bothered to respond. I sent 3 short notes over a few months just to reach out and he couldnt even say good luck to me. Even after all those people that came to his side to help and encourage him.

  • @yousuckatparenting Maybe he's tired of all the trouble he went through.

  • @yousuckatparenting Get a life. Maybe he simply didn't have time to deal with you or didn't want to give advice to someone he doesn't know. For this you are giving him a hard time. Wow...just, wow.

  • Someone flippin pinch me!!

Am I dreaming? Did a judge, a man who supposedly represents the apex of intellect, good judgment, and critical thinking, really rule this way? That is some sad and scary shit let me tell you! This judge has absolutely no business sitting on a bench ANYWHERE!

  • Im so outraged i don't know what to say.

  • I hate when someone asks, "What's an Agnostic?".........people just automatically think if it's not "Christian"....it's gotta be pure evil. I feel so sorry for this man, and the millions of others like him we just haven't heard about.

  • seperation of church and state, heres the argument

    the goverment says...freedom of religion

christians agree as long as its jesus

see the problem our country is having

maybe this is why america is declining in scientific research

cause the kids go to scholl and learn evolution is fact and then the parents send them to church and they get told a lie

maybe this is why our education rate has been declining

  • I'm Christian and this is bullshit! It's just a belief or a religion! It's obvious he really cares about them, scumbag judge.

  • I hope that judge was removed from the bench, and the father got his parental rights restored. Conservatives love to rail against what they consider "activist judges," which usually means judges who actually follow the Constitution, but many of them seem to find it acceptable for judges to go against the Constitution, when it suits their agenda. The father should never have to lie to his children about his beliefs, or even withhold them, regardless of what the mother of the children thinks.

  • piece of shit judge. that's no fucking reason to take his kids away. if anything, he probably would be a more suitable parent than any fucking theist.

  • I recently switched to Agnosticism. I was born in a Catholic, very religious family but Catholicism never appealed to me I found myself disagreeing with Catholicism more and more until I thought it was such a judgmental religion and it sugarcoated everything and anything. I beilive what the judge did was highly discusting and completly ignorant. I really hope he got custody of his kids, even without knowing this man I can tell nothing can come close to first against his kids.

  • @latinaprincess1010 Wait, how do you convert to Agnosticism? Being Agnostic is acknowledging that a higher existence or power exists but not devoting their belief into any particular god right?

  • @destinystruth

Not even close. Agnosticism only means accepting that some things are impossible to know for certain. Atheists firmly believe there is no god and all other religions believe there is one, while agnostics know that they can't absolutely confirm either one so they don't personally believe anything. So you can see why agnostics piss off both atheists and christians so much.

  • @Psykotto Ah thanks for clearing things up

  • @Psykotto The problem is, "agnosticism" doesn't refer at all to belief. Calling oneself an agnostic is an incomplete statement. The state of lacking belief in gods, whether an affirmation of "there are no gods" or simply "gods are not on the list of things in which I affirmatively believe exist," is called atheism. Most people who call themselves agnostics or atheists are actually agnostic atheists (which is the proper term).

  • @belladonna5012

Then fine, I'm an agnostic-atheist, I really don't give a shit what you call it. I don't believe in a god, but as long as the existence of a god cannot be proven scientifically one way or the other 100%, I accept that it's a possibility that there is, or was, some sort of god or gods at some point, even though it's about as likely as the possibility that I am a cyborg, it's still possible in the loosest definition of the word.

  • @Psykotto Insisting that atheism requires *affirmative belief* is generally an attempt by theists to portray the rejection of theistic claims as "faith-based," so that those who make theistic claims can attack atheism as being just another religion (i.e., "You're as bad as we are!") while hiding from the real problem, which is that theistic claims lack supporting evidence that holds up under scrutiny.

  • This is some bullshit redneck conservative shit

  • that judge is a fucking backwards ass conservative retard.

  • Disgusting...who does the fucking judge think he/she is? Fucking judge fucking sucks.

  • wow Americans are stupid, the judge who studied law missed the first amendment, freedom of religion, I'm not even american and i seem to know the law better, no wonder the country is in so much debt

  • @holmlllll Though I'm sure it wasn't a very thought through statement I'd like to correct you anyway:

Nonreligious countries also gets into debt for very human reasons: Inabillity to think very long term being the biggest.

‘Unsubstantiated conclusive’ Thinking pattern: "He walks abit funny so he must be gay." The habit of making conclusions based on little or no evidence, only 1 point of evidence, or not looking for contradictory examples.

Also the cause from correlation fallacy.

  • @stiaa04 have u honestly looked at the people america elect for office, with a few exceptions they are all religious idiots, honestly Sarah Palin was a valid candidate what a joke

  • @holmlllll I agree with this statement, I'm just saying that the debt issue can happen anyway. Having politics where candidates don't get elected for their competancy in favor of candidates with so-called religious values doesn't make it any easier for sure, I'm just saying you are concluding the cause of the debt to the idiots on the religious right (and som religious ppl on the left too I'm afraid). I'd give religion the blame for a lot of problems but the debt issue happens elswhere too.

  • @holmlllll I agree with the spirit of your comment though, I'm sure there are alot of problems americas religiosity causes, the case in the video being the closest example.

  • Shame on the bastard judge who signed this order.

  • Wow , just like Jesus.

  • Nothing you can do dude. Your kids are going to be further brainwashed at some church, taught to fear the Devil and hell, infused with an ideology which tells them that they were born deserving of damnation and, without Jesus, they're hellbound. They will be afraid of knowledge and people from "outside." The world they know will be demoted in favor of Heaven, and they will be "in this world but not of it." Also, atheism and agnosticism will be criricized from pulpit to pew. Sorry dude.

  • @DeaconVerter Real christians are not taught to fear the devil but rather to stomp on his head and destroy his kingdoms and love their neighbours as themselves. I disagree with this judge IF the reason for him not being with his kids is because he is agnostic. It's sad Deacon that the world is being brainwashed everyday with this antichrist media bs telling you what you like and don't like and what you need and don't need.

  • No these fathers needs to have full sole pyhysical custody of their kids....the mother should pay CS and have the every other weekend visitations.....I'm a female and i'm totaly pissed that these mothers think they can use the system and get away with it..... I have ful physical custody of my 3 kids however....their father has every single right to them as I do. After all they are HIS KIDS TOO not just hers. Equal rights.

  • Unbelievable case. This should be illegal.

  • @TheAgnosticwarrior it is illegal. There is no law the judge can claim that supports his decision, because the bill of rights says so (no establishment of religion through law).

  • I love how the evangelical christians (of which this judge is apparently a member) are always yelling about being "persecuted". Well, here's some REAL persecution for you; the judge should be disbarred and this father should have his full custody rights reinstated. No wonder so many of us are afraid to state publicly that we're nonbelievers.

  • Is it possible for a Judge to loose his job? This puts some doubt in his ability to pass judgements on people. Also he is bviously not separating Church and state, meaning the judge works against the constitution.

  • and this is why us atheists need to show religion and beleif in an invisible sky friend for what it is..

    stupidity

  • so fucking stupid americans are. the only people that should be running that country are atheists, that way religion has absolutely nothing to do with government.

  • Just think, there are people watching this video who think the kids should be taken away from the dirty sinner. Ahem, dirty sinner who doesn't repent. Huge difference.

  • When will people realize that government and religion are two different things, and that they are in opposition of one another. Religion is there to take your rights and dignity away and the government is mostly there to help you retain those rights.

  • @justinroseart /yep, the church still has its nose out of joint because it no longer rules the "world"

  • Thats how religious bigots shame US Law system!

    Religions are evil!!!

  • You couldn't make this stuff up The Religious Right is no better than the fucking Taliban. I'm glad I live in Canada, a free from bullshit country.

  • @astrosyzygy I once met a canadian guy in a bar whom I stupidly accused of being american (to us, you sound similar I´m afraid) to which he replied "do I look like a gun totin´sister fuckin´redneck?" I nearly pissed myself laughing. I do feel for canadians.

  • This is fucking twisted! I'm sure he'll win back his children. If he doesn't, what's to become of Freedom of Religion? This man needs help from a real lawyer.

  • Religious lawyers & bigots : the shame of the USA. What an awful story. This man is brave !

  • 'MERICA FUCK YEARGH

  • that`s terrible!

  • This is fucking bullshit!!!

  • Comment removed

  • FUCKING EVANGELICAL ASSHOLES!!!

  • This needs to go to the supreme court

  • Poor guy, the judge needs to be punched aside the head. This is what's wrong with america these days.

  • ok... so the mother believes in stoning children if they misbehave.. and the father is unsure whether or not there is a god...

Give the children to the person that thinks they talk to someone inside their head..

  • If the mother brought him to court to get his custody half over him being an agnostic I think the court should give him full custody. Who knows, unlike her then, he actually might willingly let her see the kids every once in a while, if it doesn't turn out to be too deteriorational for the kids.

But this is america, and equality of law means mothers are favoured in custody cases.

  • The mother should lose custody of the kids for being an ignorant bigot. The father deserves to see his kids.

  • wtf.u cant be....i give up

  • You are just another Veteran fighting for your kids. I feel your pain. WheresDADDY org

  • What the fuck is this? Makes me sick.

  • wow, i kinda expect that to happen to outspoken atheists because religious people are dicks but a fucking AGNOSTIC!?!?!?

  • More had to happen here -- I've been through this. He just has standard visitation --which the judge usually grants when both parents can't agree or there is a reason besides this that they were taken away. Def more to the story-- he isn't telly everything

  • this is an example of the lack of separation of church and state in the u.s. appeal the shit out of that.

  • I want to know what happened as well...mind posting what happened in the video description? and possibly sending me a pm on what happened?

  • atheist masculists unite!

  • it makes me sick that he felt like he was ashamed by his agnostic views. "my kids go to a catholic school, i dont impose my beliefs on them" fuck that shit, he should sue that school and insist his views on religion are the only true way to think.

  • Fuckin' stupid ass judge, what the fuck is wrong with you?!

  • I wonder how this story ended. I hope the father got equal custody again.

  • another case of "only in america" this would happen 0% in the uk. yet 1 more reason i hate religion. all of them. hope he,s sorted this out, not only for himself, his kids also.

  • Lamentable...

  • Fucking religious bastards .

  • This DISGUSTS ME!! When we have GOOD FATHERS, we need to support their relationship with their children!! WHO IN THE HELL does the government (state or federal) think they are??? Our government is OUT OF CONTROL!!! He has JUST AS MUCH RIGHT to teach his children his religion or lack thereof!!!

  • more proof that we are no longer a free nation

  • How I got custody WITHOUT an attorney is the only ways guys have a chance, with the corrupt system and corrupt attorneys who only want money....learn how to fight the way that I fought and other guys have fought to get fair results or custody. Visit: HowIgotCustody dottorg or dottcom

  • If what he says is true, then he should not have to go through this, and should sue, but I thought your supposed to listen to both sides of the story and then make an informed opinion.

Maybe there is more to this story than meets the eye. If these types of charges were made public against an atheist, wouldn't you want to hear both sides before making a judgement call? If you believe in fairness, shouldn't it go both ways? Of course I'm only speaking to the court of public opinion.

  • Judge Pancol - Biggest piece of shit ever. This is a form of insane terrorism. So he has to believe in the invisible man and teach his children how to be delusional or they take them away?? In no way does that indicate living in a free nation.... at all.

  • The father should claim that bringing the children up in a religous setting is child abuse and that they should live with him. I would love to see that case won. It would finally wake America up and stop abusing their children with threats of eternal punishment unless they pray to a magic man in the sky.

  • Does anyone know what the outcome of this was in December? Poor Father, and poor poor children.

  • Fuck Religion!!

  • Can any one give an example of a religion that after getting to power was tollerant for other world views .. Hmmmm , I think they are all intollerant idiots for the most part.

  • Yeah...that's it, rip the little guys heart out!

    You Christian mother fuckers!!!!

  • This is why religion (organized religion) is fucking stupid. They hate EVERYBODY who dosent believe in a magical man that lives in the clouds. What does his beliefs have to do with him being an unfit dad? CLEARLY he is a great dad just from hearing the man speak!

  • this is so sad, his ex-wife probably couldn't find any real reasons to take his custody away so she brought religion in to help her case

  • way to go christian mom... way. to. go....

  • makes me want to throw up.

  • Disgusting

  • Oh so it's okay to impose the Christian belief, but anything else is considered unethical. Okay people, back to the cave.

Children should not have any affiliation with any type of religion until they reach a certain age.

  • Comment removed

  • @lilmarome i was speaking of the agnostic that believes that there is a higher power i do no believe in religion.

  • @Alan4Rayne ...which type of agnostic are you referring to? Agnostic atheism, Agnostic theism, Apathetic or Pragmatic agnosticism, Ignosticism, Strong agnosticism or Weak agnosticism? just so we are clear on what you are trying to argue.

  • this news would be view as ridiculous in all other civilized world

  • how did it turn out. did he get his kids back or did the courts fuck him over because he can't say weather he believes there is a god or not?

  • There's those wonderful Christian family values that we keep hearing about!

What a fucking disgrace, he should have full custody for being the sane one!

  • @sandra44035 Family court doesn't have the right. If the whole decision was based on his agnosticism, then it will be overturned. If there were other circumstances, well, it will probably stick.

Here is the def. of Agnostic

    a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.

    b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.

To be more accurate, you could use agnostic-theist/atheist or gnostic theist/atheist too. :)

  • @sandra44035 agnostic is believing that there is a higher power but just not believing in any specific religion

  • @amakadius75 @amakadius75 No it's not believing in anything until it's proven.

  • @amakadius75 @Alan4Rayne You're both wrong lol, agnosticism says nothing about if you believe in a god or not, it's about not being certain that there is a god. You can believe in a god (theist) and be an agnostic and you can also lack a beliefin a god (atheist) and be an agnostic.

  • @lilmarome ...which type of agnostic are you referring to? Agnostic atheism, Agnostic theism, Apathetic or Pragmatic agnosticism, Ignosticism, Strong agnosticism or Weak agnosticism? just so we are clear on what you are trying to argue.

  • @amakadius75 I was reffering to all of them, if agnostics can be atheists then agnostics don't have to be people that believe that there is a higher power because atheists certainly don't believe that. And Alan4Rayne was also incorrect because agnostics can be theists, and that believing things that aren't proven. Aren't I correct?

  • @Alan4Rayne ...which type of agnostic are you referring to? Agnostic atheism, Agnostic theism, Apathetic or Pragmatic agnosticism, Ignosticism, Strong agnosticism or Weak agnosticism? just so we are clear on what you are trying to argue.

  • @amakadius75 No that would be a diest. A diest believes in a higher power just not any specific god. Agnostic: person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause, as god, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience (dictionarydotcom). Agnostism deals with certainty and atheism deals with belief.

  • @sandra44035

Ya, atleast for me it is. I don't believe there is a god, or gods, or higher power.

  • @sandra44035 Agnostic is when you basically don't care about the question of god, you don't know if there is or isn't and you don't really care about the question or the answer

  • WHAT THE HELL

  • Wow, and this was on fox?

  • The state is either pro or anti anything according to their agenda. The present agenda is to break up the family to push the reliance of people onto the state. Misandry is frequently a vehicle for this activity, and I guarantee that if the wife were agnostic, this wouldn't have happened.

  • That's bullshit!

  • If religion never existed we would have reached the stars by now.

  • @dsmrider Agreed. Who was it that Galileo in prison for stating that the Earth was not the center of the universe?? OH YA! It was the Catholic church! I remember now!

  • shame on you, USA. Back to medieval times, you're not better than talibans.

  • @overpeer Really? some judge discriminates against another persons belief, and you criticize the whole country itself. Shut the hell up and quit comparing us to the taliban. Why don't you bash the christians only?

  • @overpeer Hey not all of us are religious douche bags. Some of us are capable of logical thought. The only problem is noone will vote for us because 40% that's FORTY PERCENT think that you HAVE to have a religion to be a good politician. THANKS GLENN BECK!!!!! IDK What happened to him he was relatively normal on CNN. I think O'Reiley fed him meth!!

  • This happens to every father in a divorce. They may have just used agnosticism as the excuse. But this is rampant. I can name a whole bunch of people who have been screwed by this idiotic system. Divorce fucks up lives. Do not get married unless you plan to stick with it, or maybe we should bring back polygamy so there is more parents.

  • @panaboys7 you can't argue that it isn't used as an excuse.

  • That fucking woman is a religious Freak.

It's People like that, that make people turn atheist.

  • judges name is George G. Pancol Sr. i believe

  • whose the judge? is their a petition?

  • what bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit

  • @panaboys7 i think that your bible says it best that "he who increases knowledge increases sorrow".

  • So... if Christians are unsuitable, SubGenius is unsuitable, Muslims are Child Eating Monsters, and now Agnostics are unsuitable too...

"Your guilt is that I have an appetite... CHOMP!", or what?

    Ah, right... youtube.com/watch?v=S36rozABiZk

  • been there so i wrote this song to say how much i love my kids x

if you or anyone has chance to check out my new tune 'My Sunshine' would be gratefull

    thanks x

  • @lorelainoah That is the definition of a troll........or at least someone who should be sterilized due to the fact they are a hateful person who will burn in hell. So glad to see false Christians showing themselves.

  • @lorelainoah stupid whore... learn some manners

  • Freedom of religion is a constitutional right.

  • @mertrel1 Not in the eyes of the US courts.

  • @mertrel1 But freedom FROM religion isn't, apparently . has there been an update on this poor man's case?

  • @mertrel1 Sure it is, but religion is suppose to stay out of government. That's freedom FROM religion.

  • All of your insults mean nothing to me. My master Jesus was persecuted and hanged on a cross for our sins. Check up NDE visions and you will see the similarities. This country was made for christians; you ignorant people don't know that when they said freedom of religon it meant freedom of different denominations of christianit look it up! You all know God is real you just try to hide your fears with insults. So when I am old and about to die; I will not leave with fear unlike a lot of you will!

  • @lilkidgohome2

Nice one! That actually sounded like some nutty religious people I have known. Parody is great. Haven't you always found that whole "people who aren't Christians are afraid of death" talk hilarious knowing, as we both do, that religious people are more likely driven to accept strange beliefs as a way of coping with that very fear? Anyway I admire your style - its a very good piss take.

  • Woah, fox news!

  • "I don't impose my beliefs on my children." Your not supposed to..that's what Christian schools are for.

  • These Kids will eventually figure it out and HATE their mother for denying then access to their father.

    And rightfully so.

  • Religion always get's first consideration. Like it's more important then anything else.

  • I am an agnostic. If anyone tried to take my daughter, I would surely dispatch those who tried straight to Hell.

  • fuck you america , and fuck you dumb fucking idiot americans, you fucking ruined a great project called the new free world.

assholes, fucking morons, the founding fathers would have killed 80% of you dumbfucks living in the us nowadays

  • despicable

  • Lol. Typical theistic F**ks

  • "Agnostic? FUCK YOU AND YOUR SO CALLED "LOVE" FOR YOUR KIDS YOU GODLESS DEGENERATE!! HEATHEN!! BLASPHEMER!!"

  • @akallabror Please use your inside voice. LOL

  • @JesusSuckedGayPenis

I will, as soon as the degenerates stop abusing innocent people of their dignity.

  • @akallabror Shut the fuck up you brainwashed hipster cumdrooling dickfucker

  • @tjalolx You don't have a prayer of a chance to shut me up. Pun intended.

  • @gethsemeny Possibly the dumbest comment I've ever read. LOL

  • @gethsemeny Some men who love Jesus really really love children.. ;) I'm glad, though, that the fundies are finally speaking openly on social issues, it just makes an easy target.

  • I feel bad for him. Just look at the guy, he loves his children. I wonder if the wife is a total bitch.

  • @GuyWithBluePoop I don't wonder... only a bitch would deny more rights to a guys own kids, particularly when he is in no way harmful to them.

  • Unbelievable.

  • @lilkidgohome2 Wow you're an elitist.

  • @ziggy471961 he's just another asshole.

like this: "not a christian? WHAT!!!! NO RIGHTS 4 U LOLOLOLOL"

"WHAT?! I can't post crosses everywhere in gov't buidlings? I'M PERSECUTED!!! MY RIGHTS!!!"

"people" like this always get theirs. be patient.

  • @lilkidgohome2 this country was never made for christians.

it was made for humans and anyone who believes otherwise should just care about creating a time machine and going back to the stone age where they belong.

  • @lilkidgohome2 Yes, please sit on your fat ass and pretend to help me with your wishful thinking, even though you do not comprehend socially defined ethics and morals ;) I'll be here, waiting for the useless attempts of "help" to rain over me like acid rain. Keep up the good job insaneoid.

  • omg. i am so sorry. that is beyond outrageous!

  • Atheists claim they need evidence before believing something, but there is no evidence to support the claim Scarberry lost custody due to his agnosticism. Court evidence points to his violent and profane outbursts as the more likely reason. What most people don't understand, though, is religious considerations can and often are a part of custody cases where parents have conflicting perspectives; so there is no automatic 1st Amendment issue there.

  • In fact, have ruled in favor of one religion over another in these cases. MacLagan v Klein, 1996, for example, where the Methodist mother was barred from exposing her daughter to Methodism so she would be raised exclusively Jewish.

  • @ChristianMission ..What the hell are you trying to say?

  • Disgusting! Not surprised the family court is biased against another father. Family court judges are not like real judges where there is a common trend to make idiotic decisions like this one. Hopefully society will wake up to this legal sexism in the courts and keep religion and other such fantasies out of the law...

  • I feel his pain. My kids were taken away because I cursed at my ex wife infront of my kids. My Judge was an idoit. Lawyers were liars, ex-wife liar, father in law liar. I have proof and hard evidence of these lies but it did not matter to the Judge. Heck my x even said she cursed in front of the kids. So all people be aware that when there is $ and someone else involved anything can happen!

  • This is fucked. Totally fucked. You can see how much he loves his kids. I mean, fuck, the guy has been so willing to put his personal beliefs aside just to be with his kids. He's agnostic and yet he's not saying "my kids will never go to a Christian daycare." Seems like the religious ex is the one with the problem.

    Totally fucked...

  • @alexpetrunak We humans are animals.

  • Another reason to really say FUCK RELIGION.

  • If this is true the judge needs to be disbarred and a new hearing performed.

  • This is a shame. Only in America can sex offenders, criminals etc claim to be Christian, live and unChristian life and still get to be around children. I feel bad he married such a bitter, hateful bytch who is looking for reasons to keep a man from his kids. When is it Christ-like to use kids in this manner? The kids are the ones who suffer from this. When will these hateful heffas learn. Kids need their dads in their lives. If he isn't causing harm why should he be kept away?
