This is what i do. I do 40 sit ups then i hold my legs up for 45 sec then i do bicyles for 45 then leg lifts up and down 45 sec then i hold plankfor a min. Thats one set and i do two. What else should i add?

@Putas101 Hey man, i just wanna say that i can totally relate to you. I lost weight too and now I'm experiencing the same problem. I researched on a lot of ways on how to tighten loose skin and here's a few things you might want to try:
1. Drink plenty of water. This will keep you hydrated and your skin moisturized.
2. Use Moisturizer every day. Try rubbing lotion or oil on your skin.
3. Take up yoga. Do the cobra pose, it helps tighten the skin around abdominal areas and strengthens your back.

I used to be 200 lbs three months ago, and now down to about 170 something lbs and I did all that from running. Until I get to the lean point of flat stomach, I think I can get a six pack. I'm on 5'7 and half and 26 years old. I used to be skinny when I was in middle to high school and then put on weight after high school. What a shame. I must've weigh like 150 lbs back then. I have motivation to keep getting to that six pack.

@Sam10830 I run for about an hour and half. Depending on my mood, I run 3-5 miles on average, for five days a week. I only eat 2 times a day, small portions. I cooked my own meal, don't dined out much, and I baked rather than fried my food. I still have fat on the sides, but I'm going to find workout that will get rid of it. I'm still planning to run, even if I get lean. My friends are impress with motivation to always running and they tried their best to come out and run with me.

How do I tighten a not so loose skin, but still is considered as loose skin? I lost weight 2 years ago in just 7 months i went from 170 pounds to 135 pounds now. I saw my six pack abs there, but I want it to pop out more, though i have no fat to loose anymore, but all these loose skin...and also i have stretch marks -__- please help~!!!

@Putas101 Hey man, i just wanna say that i can totally relate to you. I lost weight too and now I'm experiencing the same problem. I researched on a lot of ways on how to tighten loose skin and here's a few things you might want to try:
1. Drink plenty of water. This will keep you hydrated and your skin moisturized.
2. Use Moisturizer every day. Try rubbing lotion or oil on your skin.
3. Take up yoga. Do the cobra pose, it helps tighten the skin around abdominal areas and strengthens your back.

@schism77 it is super hard to tone up your abs in 2 to 3 weeks unless you are already toned. But you need to burn a lot of calories. I used to be 200 lbs three months ago, and now down to about 170 something lbs and I did all that from running. Until I get to the lean point of flat stomach, I think I can get a six pack. I'm on 5'7 and half and 26 years old. I used to be skinny when I was in middle to high school and then put on weight after high school. What a shame. I must've weigh like 150 lbs back then. I have motivation to keep getting to that six pack.

@Sam10830 I run for about an hour and half. Depending on my mood, I run 3-5 miles on average, for five days a week. I only eat 2 times a day, small portions. I cooked my own meal, don't dined out much, and I baked rather than fried my food. I still have fat on the sides, but I'm going to find workout that will get rid of it. I'm still planning to run, even if I get lean. My friends are impress with motivation to always running and they tried their best to come out and run with me.
