So would most if not all AMillenialists hold to replacement theology. The Church is now the spiritual Israel and Israel forfeited its promises when rejecting Christ? This concerns me a gentile because if Israel can lose their promise because of disobedience whats that say for us? And if I can lose it, I will.
@ckacres Israel has not been replaced so much as "Israel" has been expanded. It's like replacing oranges with citrus, the category still includes oranges, but has been expanded. All of the promises God made to Israel were fulfilled in Christ. The Jerusalem of promise is the heavenly one. The church, through Christ, is now spiritual Israel, but that does not mean God has cast off ethnic Israel altogether. Israel may still lay hold of the promises, but it must be through faith, not ethnicity.
It's hard to believe Satan's impact on the nations is less than before the incarnation with 3 world wars and the threat of nuclear annihilation. What a horror to imagine Satan being loosed for even a short time.
The binding is interpreted as a reference to the fact that the gospel now spreads. It's not the same kind of binding as premillenialists (and, I think, postmillenialists) believe it to be.
@caveatemp I woulndt agree its the tribulation, but I think Satan is loose and causing even more problems up to the tribulation that has yet to happen.
@MaharlikaAWA What about where Jesus tells his disciples, "In this world you will have tribulation."??? Don't you believe Revelation was written primarily to comfort the churches in the first century going through tribulation?
Excellent video! I use it to show family and friends what the Reformed faith believes about the "end times."

@MaharlikaAWA I think I agree with you. I believe this whole period of time since Christ walked the earth to be the tribulation.

@caveatemp Yeah we have tribulation always. They always did even before Jesus died on the cross. Even the prophets before the New testament did.
but THE TRIBULATION is a special event that is seperate in time with the Antichrist/man of lawlesness.

@MaharlikaAWA So how do you support your separate "THE TRIBULATION" from what it says in the Bible?

@caveatemp Read Daniel.
