Mythbusters as CSI's? That's like comparing hemroid cream to sand paper. Mythbuster couldn't even get a car with leaf spring right how could they ever solve a CSI case? Much of their work was challenged by the viewers.

yeah you are absolutely right but myth-buster is about introducing children to the scientific mindset

(no believe without testing it out, opposed to blind faith in hear-say and myths)

Myth-buster also is a great stress-release for people like me

who never had the resources or the time to do those fun & silly experiments.

It never really was about hardcore empirical evidence and impeccable data-sets.

one thing they could have busted is that you will still be effected by the pepper spray you just got done spraying in an enclosed room after you take the mask away from your face.

i remember working security at rave parties back in my younger days, and one party one of the other guys sprayed some fuckwit for not being in the area of the building he was allowed to be in, and for being a dick. it carried through nearly the whole building, and we had to escort people out until it dissipated.

For the curious, Adam and Jamie showed up here because they'd done a few episodes debunking stuff seen on CSI (Meat Bullet, for example). So the CSI producers offered them a small appearance in order to show everyone having fun, and presumably, show that CSI does follow science most of the time.
