@Italkfitness Hey man, im new at bodybuilding and uploaded my first progress video today, would you mind checking it out for me? Subscribe to support me if you want as i update my progress videos. :)
@yuvrajdiwan123 we started our workout with free weights. i like to finish my workouts on machines to insure that our form stays strict. As you fatigue you are more susceptible to injury because your form may start to slip; therefore, using machines at the end of a workout insures safety, proper form and isolation to completely exhaust the muscle. Again, everyone has their own philosophy and i have found that this technique works for me and is a great way to overload the end of the workouts.
what workout program are you using now and what program has given you the best gains??? Also I workout at home and write down all my weights and reps as I'm working out, I went to the gym for the first time last week and don't really see people tracking they're workouts. How do you track your weights and reps?
@805jose jose i dont tracj my weights or anything like that the only thing i keep in my is my rep range keeping it between 6-12 and going heavy.. i like to think that basic compound movements give u more size!! lift heavy eat right everything will fall in place
@disturb now that i began dieting i have dropped about 6lbs in 2 weeks and have leaned up significantly. I eat a very strict diet which includes eating every 2.5hrs and i am at a 40/40/20 split of my macronutrients for now. 1-1.5c. complex carb(brown rice, yam, sweet potatoe/beans) 8-10oz lean pro and some healthy fats with each meal (usually coming from my protein source) along with 1-2 whey iso/conc. protein shakes a day. I will keep you updated on italkfitness vlogs with my prep and diet.
@disturb Yo, this is Jeremy Buendia. I recently started dieting for my bodybuilding season, but before that i just ate a lot of "decent" food. Meaning, I made sure to get all my macronutrients in(protein/carbs/fat) probably consumed 3000-4000cal/day with a 35% pro/40% carb/ 25% fat distribution of caloric intake. Although, during my bulking phase i didnt necessarily have a consistent diet. i was just sure to eat every 3 hrs to insure my body to be in an anabolic state all the time.
