  • it fast but not reliable

  • left = i7 right = p4 xD

  • SSDはフリーズする 立ち上がりは 良いが

  • @re26ee indeed ! Wraps up the video nicely xD

  • what is the RPM on the HDD?

  • I want an ssd but so dreaming expensive anyone know where to buy less expensive

  • 1Tb on HDD ($) = 60Gb of SSD ($) surely that has to be faster

  • merci

  • Ignorance at its best!

@nknownorigin84 Its 1G OVER nominall g-force. that means it was affected at 2G's... And have you ever heard a HDD do its job? IT DOES MAKE NOICE! Please dont talk about things you dont know shit about...

@XAnImEzLoVeRX check your sources.. SSD's write speed GREATLY ecceds the HDD in EVERY PREFORMANCE TEST. That means Write speed as well..

@XAnImEzLoVeRX YOU my friend are stupid to claim that the SSD is not good for gaming... Google it and feel stupid!

  • I HAVE BOUGHT SSD KINGSTON FOR 130 EUROS ... AND THE COCK-SUCKING STUPID PIECE OF SHIT BOOTS 63 SECONDS ON FRESH INSTALL ... NEW GAMING MACHINE AND XP(SP3) BOOTS MORE THAN MINUTE ... LADIES AND GENTLEMEN .. TRY TO EXPLAIN (hardware is 100% functional, also tried other discs and various distros. TinyXP the worst one booting time 2 minutes).. thank you

  • @7cevz9 Windows XP does not have natvie support for SSD's, google it.

  • @N00bizme wanna explain what is this video about ? :) .. xp booting from hdd and ssd when it does not have native support ? :) even in this video it boots for about 20 seconds .. so really .. what is wrong with mine ssd ? :D .. no one as of today have ever managed to answer this question .. all the great proffesionals and arogant masters here on youtube .. and nobody can answer this .. why my expensive ssd cannot boot like this one in video :) .. thank you ..

  • @7cevz9 you need to talk to the manufacturer, if they cannot give you a proper fix through support you are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement, at least that's the law in the UK and Ireland, not sure about other countries. Although rare your SSD could be from a faulty batch.

  • @N00bizme thank you for your interest and time my friend .. i´ve switched to hybrid technology .. sata raid with ssd extra for file handling .. works pretty well ;)

  • I just hate it when my desk shakes at 350hz and my HDD fails...

  • I paid £80 for my SSD, worth every penny

  • good tests

  • wow that shit will save you 6142.95 seconds a year :3

  • How the hell does it fail at 1G in affect it fails at the force of gravity?! So it fails by not moving?! Noise level test 0db get the f**k out its fans in a laptop cooling the cpu which make the noise not the hardrive. Some of these tests are just BS.

  • @unknownorigin84 i agree, you can't fucking hear the hard drive, then there'a fucking fan spinning

  • Lose your data on an SSD you are *ucked. At-least there is a chance to get data back on a HDD.

  • SSD is not good for gaming and HDD is far better for gaming

SSD has very good read speeds which is like almost instant, but the write speed for an SSD is very slow, far slower than a HDD write speed

HDD write speeds are just as fast as its read speeds if you buy a 10,000rpm drive, you will have very good read and Write speeds with far better storage and far better costing

if you buy a SSD, it will cost alot for a small amount of storage and its write speed is really bad so only good for OS

  • I have a question, are solid state drives, a little more fragile to shocks of electric current?

  • 1990 - SO SLOW

    2000 - Slow

    2005 - Good/Fast

    2008 - Fast!

    2010 - Ultra Fast

    2012 - Extra Power Fast

    2050 - Express 1-5 sec !!!

  • im gonna get a 32gb SSD for OS and 500GB 7200RPM HDD for files. is this good idea?

  • ssd is just a proof of concept thing right now . really not worth buying one at the moment !

  • Of course SSD is more expensive than an SATA-2 drive - but then, that also was the same for SATA versus ATA.

    And also other PC-components:

    DDR3 vs DDR2 vs DDR

    LED vs LCD

    Intel i5 vs Intel Pentium

list is endless... well... almost anyways.

Major factor in deciding for SDD (besides the obvious: cost & size) is for me: NO MOVING PARTS!!!

Makes it more durable, lighter, and definitely more quiet, and therefore ideal for - especially - laptops

  • ssd gives me a woody

  • i just wait a couple of years and it might get cheaper

  • its sure as shit not 50% price saving tho is it

  • @nickerless557 anything for high performance, ma boy!

  • @nickerless557 lol, disgustingly pricey

  • Wonder why they omitted the price test... :-)))

    Great technology though.

  • ssd is the future
