Dave has a game on his show called "Will it Float?" - they drop random objects into a pool of water and bet on whether they will float or sink. That's what she referenced, I assume.

Unfortunately, not that interesting. It's an old bit Dave and Paul would do. They had a big tank of water, and they would take some item, and bet on whether it would float.
