I never liked Tetsu's vocals, so I tend to ignore him. But I like Klaha. and Kozi is still my favorite member by far.

I just preferred Mizer's sound during the Gackt era.

yeah i find that i'm one of the few who truly like klaha. gackt is...well let's just say he loves attention, to put it lightly. he's definitely not my cup of tea, so to speak. gackt is popular because of the way he is and the things he does. klaha isn't appreciated because he's nothing like gackt, and he has completely different looks, style, and personality. for me the klaha era is the best and i'm sad that it was so short.

Yeah. I'm not keen on alot of Gackt's post-Mizer work. he sold out, MAJORLY, and I don't even know if he realises yet.

I wouldn't say Klaha's unappreciated because he's not like Gackt. It's more like, Gackt's shadow is so huge that Klaha and Tetsu just kind of got lost in it somewhere.

yeah if you look at it, gackt was just using malice mizer for his own fame. it is quite apparent. and i'm not saying that it's a bad thing that klaha is nothing like gackt. for me, it's a great thing, and that's why i like him so much. i'm saying that gackt has the kind of personality that appeals to most for some reason. i don't see klaha as "getting lost" in gackt's shadow, i see him as someone who is unappreciated because he is himself, and didn't pretend to be something he isn't (gackt).

I think you're being a little unfair to Gackt here. I don't disagree with what you're saying about Klaha, but I don't think Gackt pretends to be something he's not. It's clear that he loves music, and I think that while he was with Mizer, he was happy and content with the music and level of renown that they had. But things, and people change. That's why lots of bands split.

well i do believe that gackt did think that malice mizer was about himself, that is why in the end he was told to leave. i'm not saying that gackt is pretending to be something he isn't, he really is that way...and it's what makes him so popular. but i find him to be very sleazy, no offense. and after he left malice mizer, it became more and more clear what gackt is really like.

I never found him to be that way at all. In fact, from what I've seen of him, he seems like quite a genuine (if guarded) man. Perhaps he IS a little overconfident, but he has the skills to back it up.

He's an amazing pianist, a fantastic vocalist, and has further skills in other instruments and intellectual pursuits to boot.

I'm not sure he thought Mizer was about himself. It's more like... he's quite a BIG personality, if you know what I mean.
