Thank GOODNESS Nicole is gone. She got rid of too many good people by forgetting all reason and going with pity, by not voting people off when she wanted another to stay (Rachel), and just overall holding the show back. Paula, on the other hand was a welcome addition in my eyes. Without Nicole, she is hilarious with her and Simon's banter, AND she knows what she is talking about when it comes to the music business (most of the time). Although I dont know much about Steve, he seemed lovely.
