It work for me but when I touch the RNS or switch the volume after five second it dissaear :(

did you use vagcom to do this or by just pressing the * then tone buttons?

@468shiraz - i have only been able to do this on the RNS 510 - Not the pioneer avic 9110bt - But i am sure you can get a cable to by-pass the controls that cut out when in motion, although mine was done via a certain unit firmware

Depends on what firmware you are running, i did this on v2660 - what do you have?
